Highlight your preference in bold letters so that it sets as a reminder for immediate attention. If required print it on your pillow so that you cannot enjoy a good night's sleep without completing whatever you have to do. Never dream up an excuse to put off the task.

Mould yourself into that mood by organising yourself and understanding its relevance and purpose. Surprisingly, once you have been motivated and gets started, you get into the mood without you realising it. This will speed up the process of accomplishing the task.

5. Ban the concept of perfectionism. The idea of perfectionism often reduces the energy and vigour to finish the task due to fear of criticism, appreciation. Forget about perfectionism.
